A beautiful durable designer upholstery weight crushed velvet fabric made in Belgium. This fabric has a tone on tone subtle fading as you would see on an antique velvet. This is a very high end crushed type of velvet with faint lines running through it. Very very soft hand. Can be used for upholstery, interior decorating, or coat garments. Crushed Navy Blue.
