Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of the fabric we sell and the fact that it is cut per order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We offer our customers the ability to order swatches in any of our fabrics before ordering multiple yardage. We suggest ordering swatches if you are particular about a color because all computer screens tend to be different. Please email us to make a custom order button for swatches in any of our fabrics: firstname.lastname@example.org
Claims for Defective Shipments
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or short-shipped if buyer notifies us within 15 days of delivery. We cannot accept any claims made after 15 days, and if we make an exception after 15 days, it is up to the sole discretion of Fancy Styles Fabric whether we will honor the claim. For all claims, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item back, for your own protection, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot exchange items that get lost in the mail or aren't returned back to us.
We reserve the right at any time to refuse service to anyone.
