Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of the fabric we sell and the fact that it is cut per order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We offer our customers the ability to order swatches in any of our fabrics before ordering multiple yardage. We suggest ordering swatches if you are particular about a color because all computer screens tend to be different. Please email us to make a custom order button for swatches in any of our fabrics: email@example.com
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item back, for your own protection, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot exchange items that get lost in the mail or aren't returned back to us.
